Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your Mogi Baby Cutting Guide, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Due to the nature of our product (used during food preparation), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at mogibabyco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at mogibabyco@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
